As your attorney my Business Law practice will handle all of the documentation needed for small businesses to establish their business as a new corporation, for profit or non-profit, or as a limited liability company (LLC) including obtaining your Federal ID Number (EIN).

Are you an existing small business that an attorney to help in other areas?

As your lawyer I will also handle other areas of small business such as; tradename registration, tradename cessation, corporate or company resolutions and minutes, operating agreements, by-laws, and if requested as your attorney I can take care of your business annual reports.

Do you need a lawyer to help you with buying a business or selling a business?

As your attorney I also handle business acquisitions representing either buyers or sellers. I will prepare all paperwork necessary, which may include things such as leases, assignments, assets and liabilities assumptions, deeds, property transfer tax returns, recording of paperwork, deed research, attorney’s report and opinion on title and title insurance.

I practice primarily in Grand Isle County, (South Hero, Grand Isle, North Hero, Alburgh and Isle LaMotte), Franklin County, and Chittenden County.
