Do you need a lawyer to help with a family problem?

As your attorney my Family Law practice will handle the documentation, filing and representation of all paperwork related to many areas of family law. These include divorce matters, child support issues, spousal support issues, and private juvenile cases, including representation in court proceedings and hearings. As your attorney I can also handle enforcement and modification of orders, such as parental rights and responsibilities, parent child contact and stipulations and decrees.

I practice primarily in the Family Divisions of the Grand Isle County, (South Hero, Grand Isle, North Hero, Alburgh and Isle LaMotte), Franklin County, and Chittenden County, Vermont units.
