As your lawyer, my Litigation practice is involved in minor personal injury representation and limited criminal matters. I will represent claimants against insurance companies, filing the necessary documents for a complaint in court to sue, attend mediation and settlement proceedings, and attend court hearings as required.

I practice primarily in the Grand Isle County, (South Hero, Grand Isle, North Hero, Alburgh and Isle LaMotte), Franklin County, and Chittenden County units of the Vermont Superior Court and also the Vermont Judicial Bureau.
