My Real Estate practice handles the representation of either sellers or buyers involved in property transactions. For the sellers the practice prepares all documentation, correspondence with the closing agent and, if requested, the physical attendance at the closing. For buyers of property, the practice handles document preparation and correspondence with the sellers representative and realtors involved (if any). Additionally, I act as closing agent, unless stipulated otherwise by the financial institution involved, and arrange for title insurance and handle all document recording.

Family Law

My Family Law practice handles the documentation, filing and representation of all paperwork related to divorce matters, child and spousal support issues and private juvenile cases.

My Business Law practice handles all of the documentation needed for establishing a new corporation, for profit, non-profit and limited liability, as well as tradename registration and cessation, corporate resolutions and minutes and if requested annual filings. In addition I also handle the representation of buyers or sellers in business acquisitions.

My Litigation practice is involved in minor personal injury representation and limited criminal matters. The firm will represent claimants with insurance companies, file necessary documents in court and attend court hearings as required.

Estate Planning

My Estate & Trust Planning practice is involved in handling the preparation and filing of Last Wills and Testaments as well as codicils, and the preparation and execution of trusts. I also provide clients with Advanced Directives. Additionally I handle full estate representation, from documents and filings of petitions to the opening of an estate, contact with all interest persons, attendance at hearings, accounting for the estate inventories, through to the distributions and closing of the estate.
